Walk This Path

There are many paths in life. Choosing which one to follow can often be easy. Other times the choice is difficult. One step to the left or right could take you down a path you never expected to follow, full of twists and turns, bumps and holes, mountains to climb. Out the front door is the driveway, a path to the road. A road is a path to other roads, other paths. And the path home again. One step at a time.

The path from my parents cottage

This path from my father’s door took me on so many great adventures in my childhood.
The forts in the woods, cross-country skiing through the back, the path from the Legion parking lot to the ball field on Sunday afternoons, bike rides to Vermont...
